Second Annual Petrach Online Conference on Ukraine

This year’s theme was New Research on Ukraine: Politics, Society, War. The event featured leading scholars from inside and outside Ukraine presenting important new research on international relations dimensions of the war, the drivers of Ukraine’s domestic politics, how its people and institutions are responding to wartime challenges, and future possibilities. Topics ranged from Putin’s nuclear brinksmanship to trends in Ukrainian public opinion to dilemmas facing journalists balancing freedom of information with wartime needs.
